These are bad breaks that had been repaired poorly by someone in in the past.  The cracks had reopened so the headstocks were flexing under string tension.  Sadly  they were all glued with an epoxy or yellow glue.
If it was glued with Hide glue then the repair would have been much simpler.
First I wanted to eliminate as much of the crack as possible by scooping most of the wood out on one side of the neck.
Second, I carve a matching piece of mahogany to fit the part I scooped out. Then it gets glued in with hide glue and finely carved to the profile of the neck.
After that I repeat the process on the other side.  What I end up with is two overlapping joints that eliminates the majority of the crack.
Notice the screws in the pictures on the right.  You never know what you’ll find.
